A consciously created plant-active blend of Korean Ginseng, Kola Nut, organic Green Tea and Rhodiola.
Mental Alertness: Kola Nut is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to improve mental alertness, decrease cognitive fatigue and enhance wakefulness.
Energy: Korean Ginseng is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a rejuvenating tonic, to boost energy levels and relieve fatigue.
Adaptogen for stress: Korean Ginseng is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress.
Replenish Qi: Korean Ginseng is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to support vitality and strengthen Qi.
Green Tea and Kola Nut are a natural sources of caffeine.
Adult dosage
Take two capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Adults only. Contains 16 mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Talk to a TCM practitioner/health professional if you are unsure if this medicine is right for you.
